Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) successfully run its Green line train from Peenya in Bangalore on 27th June 2012. A trial run of approximately 1.2 kms was made. The train was decorated with flowers before the trial run. The train is likely to be travelled from Peenya to Malleswaram sometime in the the month of December 2012. As the name suggests as Green line, the train is going to be in Green colour like the way MG Road Metro train will be in Purple colour. This is going to be a big treat for Bangaloreans as the traffic near Peenya is more due to more Industrial companies located at this place. Hope this gives a relief to the traffic by end of the year or will be a New year gift for Bangaloreans in the beginning of Year 2012 Tweet
