Hi Pankaj,
The same resource can be posted, However, there needs to certain change in the text while posting it should not just copy and paste.
As we need to stand part in the resource. The resource posted or information posted should be about Bangalore. Not a complete general information of some other cities or place.
For example: If you are posting results, admission or related to examination, that can be same as ISC but a little tweak in header/ title and text.
If it self written article or any update then need to make certain changes.

I had posted a resource about H1N1 virus about 4 days back but till now it has not been edited. I wanted you to ask whether I had to edit something in that. I think it is an universal content and nothing about bangalore can be posted in that. SO can health content be posted with out anything about Bangalore?
If so can we post the same health resource both in MyBengaluru and ISC?

Same content CANNOT be posted in both the sites. You should make enough changes in the title and content so that they won't appear same for people and search engines.
Content taken from other sites (including ISC) will be rejected if they are same text.
