A Times of India initiative started to check and rate each and every 198 wards in the BBMP limitation of the city.

A Public meeting is going to be held on Nov 21st by the Times group at Bethany High school Koramangala, Bangalore to discuss about the issue related to Water and Sanitation in Bengaluru city

After good research and confusion on the allocation of wards, for which many corporators did not have clue till where their ward is extended and what are the issue in the wards.

The maps provided by BBMP did not have current marking of the Wards, and where BBMP displayed water is available(pipeline). That particular ward did not have water supply from years together.

Times of India initiative has rated each ward on the scale of 1-10 taking into consideration the basic amenities of the ward such as:

1) Sanitation
2) Water Works
3) Public Transport
4) Cleanliness
5) Work carried on.
