Paying BSNL bills online

After registering and you click on pay landline bill, it asks for SSA or STD,
prior that you have to select the state.

For example, lets say a user selects Karnataka, and then your are forced ot enter either SSA (seconday switiching area) or sTD code, its is not clear which values to select.

If any one of them have paid bills online, can you guide me further steps?
