Job Description: Sales Associates
The Cisco Sales Associates Program (CSAP) is looking for the best and brightest university graduates (0-2 years out of school) to become future AMs and SEs. CSAP has dramatically changed its program structure from previous years to include not only intensive virtual training but also on-the-job sales and business experience over a 12 month period, in partnership with Inside Sales, TSN, CPOC and Briefings. Throughout the program, the Associates will take a series of rigorous milestone assessments to test their knowledge and measure their newly developed skills. The program structure is very demanding and offers the participants real customer experience prior to graduating to the field.
