• Freshers – Graduates of any discipline for e.g: B.A, BCom, BSc, BE, BTech, BCA/ any Diplome Holders for e.g: ITI, Polytechnic etc (10+3) may apply.
• Experience in Data Center operations, which include tape management, data recovery, troubleshooting back up related issues
• Experience in installation and configuration of servers (Windows / Linux)
• Knowledge about NAS and SAN
• Experience in troubleshooting storage products in 24/7 environment
Should have some experience with Voice based support
Should have work experience as a Server Support Engineer
Should have good knowledge of Backup and recovery, RAID, SAN, NAS, SCSI, MS Technologies.
Certified - Netbackup, Symantec or Veritas or Enterprise Vault, HP or IBM backup technology
