Bangalore Electricity Tariff Hike

The recession is sitll on and we are still coping up from the prices hike and decline in the income. The prices of all necessities, food, many other have short up rocket heights and slowly they becoming stable.

Now here comes the news the BESCOM is going to hike the electricity bills tariff from December 1st between 30 paisa to 1.20 per unit depending on the usage by the consumer. These charges are applicable for all category.

On Wednedsday the KERC has gone forward and approved the ESCOMs to raise the traiff plans and revised the current prices charged for each unit. These revised traiff will come into effect from 1st December in all the ESCOMs of Karnataka.

1) BESCOM
2) MESCOM
3) CESC
4) HESCOM
5) GESCOM.

This means consumers using domestic lighting and heating installations in BBMP and other city corporations areas comsumption over 100 units will have to pay more between from 30 paisa to 1.20 per unit areas.
