South Bangalore Ward Details - BBMP Delimitation

Bangalore is now ready to go for the BBMP Polls in Feb 2010. Bangaloreans are now thinking that this election will bring up new representative and help in the development of of Bangalore and their respective areas.

Bangalore is divided into 198 wards and for the first time all the wards will go on Poll using the electronic system.

First we will be covering South Bangalore which has 51 wards and is biggest residential locality in Bangalore. There are many issue which are in place in many of the South Bangalore starting from the waste, infrastructure, metro works.
There are delays in many projects held in South Bangalore like the Puttenahalli and Kadirenahalli underspass which is about a 2 years now. When the projected was started it was declared project will be completed in 1 year and it seems it is still going to take 2 more years. Then the Metro work has begun on R.V road which may again take about 3-4 years for completion. The Greenery around the wards is depleting and loosing it charm.
