Dr Vishnuvardhan has played all kinds of role in all his 190+ movies starting from romantic to macho. His last movie Bellary Naga, was liked by all for acting skills as macho man. People of Karnataka always wanted to him play the role of macho and angry man, which suited in most of his films.

During his 30 years of rule in the Kannada Film industry, Dr. Vishnuvardhan has also bagged many State and National Awards in kitty.
