    The Conditions and formalities in order to participate in the Bidding process of the above mentioned BDA approved sites:

    1) Bidders have to deposit a sum of Rs 1.00.000/- by DD or pay order only as advance before participating in auction
    2) The highest bidder or winner is to deposit 25% of the amount on the spot by DD / Pay order in favour of Commissioner, BDA, Bangalore
    3) The highest bidder or winner should provide two photographs, voter id card/driving license copies with duly signed with Gazetter officer

    4) Nagarabhavi 1st Stage sites : Rs 35000/- per sq mtr

    The interested parties can visit the respective site in advance with the permission of the respective enginer on 15th and 16th between 11 am to 3pm.
