Bangalore Blast: IPL Semis shifted to Mumbai

Reports have just come in on a blast created by an overheated generator at the gate of M Chinnaswamy stadium, Bangalore. A private security guard and a security guard injured in the blast were taken to hospital for treatment. The minor explosion caused a lot of chaos and fear, but soon quietened down.

It was later reported that the blast was not caused by an overheated generator, but by a crudely-made bomb. In fact, 2 more bombs was found later. The RCB vs MI match was delayed after the first bomb went off. Later, IPL officials decided to shift the semifinal matches to the D.Y.Patil stadium, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
