Recipe for Red Capsicum Chutney - yummy and tasty, simple chutney

RED CAPSICUM CHUTNEY (RED CAPSICUM IS POPULARLY KNOWN AS RED BELL PEPPER)Recipe



INGREDIENTS:



Red Capsicum - 1 or 2;
Onion - 2 medium;
Tomato - 1 medium;
red chillies - 3 to 4;
scraped coconut - 1/4 cup;
mustard seeds;
Urad daal;
Curry leaf.

PREPARATION METHOD:



Take Red Capsicum remove the stem and discard the seeds and finely chop it. Heat oil in a pan add red capsicum, red chillies, then add finely chopped onions. Cook till the capsicum and onions turn soft. Then add finely cut tomato to it and cook. Once its cooked remove it from heat and add scraped coconut and salt and grind all the ingredients. Don't add water while grinding.

Heat one spoon oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, broken urad daal, curry leaf and saute. Add the capsicum and other ingredients paste to it. Yummy and tasty red capsicum chutney is ready. Serve with Idli, dosa or roti.
