Recipe for Mushroom and Green Capsicum Noodles


A different and easy-to-make recipe. Nowadays kids love to eat noodles. A better and different way of preparing noodles is important. Usually we add vegetables to noodles. I tried mushroom and capsicum as main ingredients for the noodles. Really it was very yummy and tasty.

MUSHROOM AND CAPSICUM NOODLES Recipes



INGREDIENTS:



Noodles - 2 to 3 pieces
mushroom - 6 - 7, if you want you can add more also,
wash it and cut it into small pieces)
green capsicum - 1/2 from medium size is enough,
(remove the stem and seeds)
onion - 1 or 2 of medium size
tomato - 1/2 to 1 of medium size
curry leaf - as required
salt as per taste.

PREPARATION METHOD:



-> Heat oil and add mustard seeds, urad daal (broken), curry leaf,
-> then add finely chopped onions when it turns golden brown,
-> add mushroom and finely cut green capsicum and heat it for a minute,
-> then add tomato, once it is cooked,
-> add water (2 glass of water for 1 piece of noodles - normal size),
-> add half spoon of salt
(no need to add more salt like we prepare for other recipe because for
mushroom recipes salt quantity should be low),
-> add noodles masala, as per your taste
(i will add four masalas for 2-3 noodles pieces),
-> add one spoon of cooking oil to the water, so that the noodles wont stick to
each other, allow it to boil then add noodles to it.

Mushroom and green capsicum noodles will be ready in five minutes.
