Healthy and Tasty Recipe - Wheat Puttu - South Indian Special


All the foods that we prepare should be easy-to-make, healthy and tasty. Here comes the Wheat Puttu - a south indian special recipe.

WHEAT PUTTU



INGREDIENTS:



Wheat flour - 1 to 2 cups
Scraped coconut
Salt to taste

PREPARATION METHOD:



-> In a pan, dry roast the flour until aromatic and slightly color changes.
-> Allow the flour to cool.
-> Add half cup of water with salt to the flour and mix like rice puttu.
-> In the puttu maker, add 2 tsp of scraped coconut and then add the flour mix and
then alternatively end with the coconut.
-> Steam for 15-20 minutes until cooked well.
-> Serve hot with banana and sugar.
