Recipe for GARLIC CHUTNEY
INGREDIENTS:
Garlic pods - 3-4 Nos.
Red Chillies - 15-20 Nos.
Scraped Coconut - 2 cups
Tamarind - gooseberry size
ghee
salt PREPARATION METHOD of Garlic Chutney:
Peel off the garlic skin. Add one spoon ghee in a pan, and saute the garlic for 1 to 2 minutes. Keep it aside. Again add one spoon ghee in a pan, now fry the scrapped coconut for a few seconds and remove it from heat. Grind the coconut, red chillies, tamarind together. Then add garlic and salt and grind once again and make a paste. Garlic chutney is ready to serve with hot idlis and dosas.
