Pay your property tax with your credit & debit cards

A bonanza from Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike [BBMP] to its property tax payers, now property tax payers in Bangalore can pay their property tax through their Credit Cards and Debit Cards.

Last date to pay property tax for the year 2010-11 is 31.03.2011

If no changes have been made to their built up area or usage as residential or non-residential or in its occupancy viz., if it is occupied by the owner or the tenant and if you have paid the tax for the year 2009-10 by giving the same declaration, then owners need to submit their tax returns in Form-IV.

If any changes made after paying the tax for the year 2009-10 like extent of built-up area, usage, occupancy, category or vacant land, then such declarations and tax need to be paid in Form-V, it can be downloaded from the given below link.

No transaction charges if taxes paid through Credit and Debit cards

But Debit Card holder required to obtain activation facility from issuing bank for making tax payment through Debit Card.
