Janashree News Channel is one of the new Channels started on 18th Feb 2011 in Bangalore. The Headquarters for this Channel is Bangalore. This 24 Hours News Channel is started under the ownership of two popular persons of Bangalore.

Janashree is a new News Channel released by Reddy Brothers on 18th Feb 2011. This is a 24 Hours New Channel. This channel came into existence because of the co-ordination and the ownership of two important persons namely Janardhana Reddy and Shri Ramulu. Hence the name Jana and Shri together gave the name of 'Janashree' to this News Channel.

The current news channels running are TV9, Suvarna 24/7, Samaya & Udaya News. Janashree takes the credit of being the fifth popular channels in Karnataka focusing on news aspects.
