Karnataka Government has released their list of 2012 holidays list which are total of 14 days. The dates and days of bank holidays in Karnataka 2012 are as follows.

Republic day is on January 26, 2012 - Thursday

Maha Shivratri is on February 20, 2012 - Monday

Holi is on March 8, 2012 - Thursday

Mahavir Jayanthi is on April 5, 2012 - Thursday

Good Friday is on April 6, 2012 - Friday

Buddha Poornima falls is on May 6, 2012 - Sunday

Krishna Janmashtmi is on August 10, 2012 - Friday

August 15, 2012 is on Independence day - Wednesday

September 19, is on Ganesh Chaturthi - Wednesday

October 2, 2012 is on Mahatma Gandhi Jayanthi - Tuesday

October 24, 2012 is on Vijaya Dashmi – Wednesday

Kannada Rajyotsava is on November 1st - Thursday

Diwali is on November 28, 2012 - Sunday

Guru nanak jayanthi is on November 28, 2012 - Wednesday

Christmas is on December 25, 2012 - Tuesday
