The Bull Temple or Nandi Temple is one of the major tourist attraction in Bengaluru city. This temple is dedicated for Nandi (the vehicle of Lord Shiva). Located in one of the best place in Bengaluru, Basavanagudi.
If you check the locality name Basavanagudi If you break up the word "Basava' means Bull and "Gudi" means Temple. As the locality is also named after the temple.
The temple has very big idol of Nandi about 4.5 m height and 6.5 length.
